Als je geen koolhydraten neemt behalve (veel) rauwe melk, waardoor je wel rond de 100g koolhydraten binnenkrijgt, zou het dan voordelig kunnen zijn om minder rauwe melk te nemen om in ketose te komen?

 
In je voorbeeld krijg je dus wel KH. binnen. Of je daarmee in ketose komt hangt van je metabolisme en activiteit af. In het algemeen zou ik nu zeggen nee, je komt daarmee niet in ketose, (dwz dat een groot deel van je energie voorziening uit ketonen zou komen).

Ja precies, dus daarom vroeg ik me af of het verstandig is om rauwe melk te limiteren tot rond de 50g KH om zodoende in ketose te komen.

 
wanneer je in ketose wilt komen zul je je KH. inname moeten beperken ongeacht de bron. Ik denk dus je je eigen vraag hebt beantwoord.

De vraag is (mbt je term verstandig)of je beter in ketose kunt zijn of beter meer melk zou moeten drinken. Dus ,waarom ketose?

Aangezien het niet alleen met voeding, maar ook met beweging te maken heeft zou ik het fijn vinden als ik dat op een of andere manier kan meten. Dan weet ik tenminste wat ik aan het doen ben. En stress speelt ook nog een rol, heb ik begrepen.

 
je kunt dit testen met ketostrips,wekt net als met een bloedglucose meter. Daarnaast is er vrij recent een adem analyse apparaat verkrijgbaar.

Subjectieve interpretatie is mogelijk,maar ja zeker weet jet het. Maaaaar, wanneer je echt eet om in ketose te komen en je je goed voelt(energiek etc) ben je waarschijnlijk in ketose. Alleen vraag ik me af wat het voordeel zou zijn van in ketose zijn tov een goed vetverbranding.

Het punt is dat ik al een jaar of 15 bezig ben omdat ik me niet goed voel en een kilo of 10 af moet vallen. Ik zal elders een stukje plaatsen om me even voor te stellen.

Het moet te maken hebben met de hoeveelheid koolhydraten die ik binnenkrijg. Hoewel dat m.i. niet zo veel is (volgens het voedingscentrum belachelijk weinig) zou het best kunnen zijn dat ik toch een suikerverbrander ben en ik wil een vetverbrander zijn met een stabiele energie. Op het dieet van Atkins, heel lang geleden, voelde ik me niet lekker en ik kwam razendsnel aan. Dr. Frank, pakweg een jaar geleden, was ook geen succes. Vandaar dat ik iets zoek om te kunnen controleren of ik de juiste hoeveelheid koolhydraten binnen te krijg, waarbij ook beweging en stress meegenomen worden.
