People are acting like the WHO Pandemic Treaty is/was/will-be approved by the Senate. It never was and never will be.
It has no force of law, and people claiming otherwise don’t seem to know how things work.

The new WHO "treaty" being discussed, would be amendments to the International Health Regulations of 2005.
When you look this up you'll usually see language telling you that it is "legally binding" on the 196 members who are members of the WHO.
But did anybody bother to stop and look up what the potential enforcement actions are? If you just give the WHO the finger like Trump did, what can the WHO do about it?
