A top Russian oil executive has been found dead outside his Moscow apartment in what officials are calling an apparent suicide from a 17th-floor window.

Strangely, he lived on the 10th floor but somehow fell from seven stories above his own residence.

His death adds to a growing list of Russian oil and gas executives who have died under mysterious circumstances since 2022.
