“Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a “right of ownership” anyway? JUST IN:Tony Blair is positioning himself as a moral architect of Gaza’s future. This is the same Blair whose legacy is inseparable from the Iraq war, mass civilian deaths, and the collapse of regional trust in Western “peace plans.”
Now he praises Donald Trump’s Gaza framework while speaking of “hope,” “security,” and “never again,” yet offers no accountability for the destruction, displacement, or political realities imposed on Palestinians.
In his statement Blair confirms being appointed to the executive board of Gaza’s peace board and credits Trump’s 20-point plan with ending the war, securing hostage releases, and winning UN backing, calling it a “diplomatic triumph.” He welcomes Nickolay Mladenov as High Representative and says the new Gaza administration offers hope for Gaza’s future while ensuring Israel’s security.
