I’ve gone through almost the entire set of court case docs….case was dismissed, but precedent & meaning of the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause was set.

Case went from 2017 thru 2020. Anyone, literally ANYONE, could file these charges against Biden, Pelosi, Obama, the whole crew. My guess is that it’ll come via House Impeachment Hearing. Done deal based on Hunter’s verified laptop!

Interesting... Hunter seen here been very friendly with Michael Fanone. The famous Capitol Police cop. Not only that but Sean Penn walking directly in front of them at the Kennedy Center Honors reception at the Whitehouse last weekend.

Fanon isn’t some blue-collar guy either, he attended Georgetown Prep, one of the most prestigious boarding schools in Maine. This is the same place some Supreme Court Justices have attended. Kelly’s report alleges he seems to be sort of a “front man” for Democrats.
Fanon’s dad is connected with a Democratic focused law firm that has done a lot of work against the Trump administration and his campaign after the 2020 election. Again, this is no flannel shirt, bearded cop who was picked on at Jan. 6. Something more is happening behind the scenes.
Kelly argues the left wants to continue making Jan. 6 the worst day in American history. Why? So that Americans will not question the 2020 election fraud.
