How DARE Russia put their country so close to the United State's military bases. (sarcasm)
YEARLY Military spending budget:
* United States : 778 Billion
* Russia : 61.7 Billion
Biden sought more than $770 Billion extra in the 2023 defense budget alone.

That's NOT counting Black Budget programs.
