⚡🇮🇱BREAKING:

According to a new report published in Haaretz, based on an investigation by the Israeli army regarding October 7th, there is further evidence that the Hannibal Directive was implemented and that Israeli civilians were targeted.

“At 8:02 A.M., a combat helicopter fired at an open area near Kibbutz Re'im, with the air force unaware of the Nova festival taking place there and of the thousands of Israelis in the area who had been attending it.”

⚡🇮🇱BREAKING: Israeli PM Netanyahu’s Office:

Following a security discussion led by Prime Minister Netanyahu, with the participation of the Defense Minister, senior security officials, and the negotiation team, the following decision was made:

Israel adopts the framework proposed by U.S. President’s envoy, Steve Witkoff, for a temporary ceasefire during Ramadan and Passover.

On the first day of the framework, half of the living hostages and remains will be released. At the end of the framework, if an agreement on a permanent ceasefire is reached, the remaining living hostages and remains will be released.

Witkoff proposed extending the ceasefire after assessing that bridging the parties’ positions to end the war is not currently possible and that more time is needed for negotiations on a permanent ceasefire.

While Hamas has repeatedly violated the agreement, Israel has not breached it. According to the agreement, Israel may resume combat after the 42nd day if it assesses the negotiations as ineffective. This clause is supported by a side letter from the previous U.S. administration and has also received the support of the Trump administration.

While Israel has agreed to the Witkoff framework with the goal of returning its hostages, Hamas has so far maintained its refusal to accept this plan.

If Hamas changes its position, Israel will immediately enter negotiations on all details of the Witkoff framework.

⚡️BREAKING; Hamas Spokesman Hazem Qassem to Al-Arabi TV:

There are no negotiations with the movement regarding the second phase so far.

The occupation bears full responsibility for not starting the second-phase negotiations of the Gaza agreement, which was supposed to begin on the 16th day after the ceasefire came into effect.

The occupation’s talk of extending the first phase aims to recover its captives while potentially resuming aggression on the Gaza Strip—contrary to the agreement’s text.

The occupation evades its commitment to ending the war and fully withdrawing from Gaza.

Extending the first phase in the form proposed by the occupation is unacceptable to us. Mediators and guarantor states must compel the occupation to adhere to the agreement in all its stages.

The occupation is trying to reset matters to square one by shuffling the cards with its proposal to extend the first phase.

⚡️Hamas statement:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

We congratulate our people and our nation on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan and call for its days and nights to be a field for greater steadfastness, perseverance, and solidarity. Let this month be filled with our nation’s support and victory for Gaza and Palestine.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) extends its warmest congratulations on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan to the masses of our great people inside Palestine and abroad, to the heroic resistance fighters, to our free male and female prisoners who have gained their freedom in the “Flood of the Free” exchange deal, to all steadfast prisoners defying their zionist jailers, to our noble wounded, and to our great families of martyrs, wounded, and prisoners, as well as to the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation.

We ask Allah Almighty to make this blessed month return to our people and our nation with more unity, cohesion, mutual support, and solidarity, and to make its blessed days and nights filled with its noble values—holding onto principles, sacrifice, patience, perseverance, and defending the land and sanctities, with Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque at their heart.

Let this blessed month be one in which our Arab and Islamic nation draws inspiration from the meanings of victory, solidarity, kindness, compassion, and healing the wounds of our people in Gaza. Let it embody the spirit of one body—if one part complains, the rest of the body responds with fever and sleeplessness—in light of the continued absence of all basic humanitarian necessities in Gaza.

The blessed month of Ramadan is an opportunity for our nation—leaders, peoples, organizations, scholars, charities, and humanitarian bodies—to take serious and effective action in all fields to support the steadfastness of our people in Gaza and those stationed in Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque. It is a chance to thwart all attempts by the occupation and its supporters to carry out their plans to kill, starve, and displace our people, erase the landmarks of their land and sanctities, and obscure their national cause of liberation and return.

We call upon the masses of our people across the West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior to mobilize all their energies during this blessed month by journeying to Al-Aqsa Mosque, remaining stationed there, and performing i’tikaf. Let the days and nights of Ramadan be filled with obedience, perseverance, and resistance against the enemy and its settler herds, defending and protecting Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa until they are liberated from the filth of the occupation.

We also call on our people everywhere around the world to engage actively during Ramadan in the widest solidarity initiatives and activities with their brothers and sisters in Gaza, the West Bank, and occupied Al-Quds—to share in their pain and hopes, and to participate in their sacrifices as one unified heart, collectively looking forward to the liberation of our land and return to it.

May Allah accept your fasting, prayers, jihad, perseverance, patience, and sacrifices. May He guide your steps, make you steadfast, and strengthen your hearts as you represent the entire nation in defending the blessed land of Gaza, Al-Quds, Al-Aqsa, and Palestine.

Mercy, glory, and immortality to the convoys of martyrs in the heroic “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle. Speedy recovery to the wounded, and imminent, comprehensive freedom to all our prisoners in the enemy’s prisons. A blessed Ramadan to our great people, adorned with steadfastness, perseverance, and resistance, crowned with the imminent, manifest victory by Allah’s will.

Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
