Palestina - Israël

Today I spoke with a close friend whom I got to know in Gaza and is now living in Europe.
-His younger brother is a photographer and was injured documenting a recent bombing.
-His father has gone blind from lack of medication and deaf from bombing.
-His entire family is facing starvation and live in a couple rooms in their bombed out house.

There are countless stories like this that will never be told. What we see on social media is a tiny fraction of the unimaginable horrors Israel is subjecting Gaza to.

⚡️Statement by the Global March to Gaza:

“As we stated in our last press release, we want to clarify that the Global March continues despite about 170 people facing delays and deportations at Cairo airport.

Our legal services are working on these cases, as we have all complied with all the legal requirements of the Egyptian authorities.

Meanwhile, thousands of march participants are already in Egypt, ready to begin the journey to El Arish tomorrow and then continue on foot to Rafah, where we hope to arrive this Sunday.

We hope to be able to work alongside the Egyptian Government as a key and valued partner. Our priorities are the same: demanding the end of the Palestinian genocide.

What you can do?

Call your local Egyptian embassy today. Ask them to:
Ensure the safety of detained march participants
Respect the right to peaceful assembly
Allow the march to continue”

⚡️JUST IN: Hamas Political Bureau member Izzat Al-Rishq:

“More than 60% of the martyrs are children, women, and the elderly. The genocide has left behind over 42,000 orphaned children, whose mother, father, or both were killed by the zionist army.

Children make up more than 47% of Gaza’s population, over one million human souls. The zionist military has not spared a single child from its aggression: killing them directly, maiming them, abducting them, forcing them to flee, and denying them healthcare through the systematic destruction of hospitals and medical centers. It goes without saying that an army that robs children of their right to life will not respect any of their other rights, including access to education and medical care.

The crime reached an unspeakable level when the occupying state sealed its siege on the Gaza Strip entirely. The siege does not primarily target resistance fighters, it targets newborns, the elderly, and the sick, whose lives depend on medical supplies and care.

The zionist military deepens its crime by targeting those who expose these facts, namely, journalists. Since the beginning of the genocidal war on the Palestinian people in Gaza, 226 journalists have been martyred.

What the occupying state is carrying out against Palestinian civilians clearly falls within the definition of genocide outlined in Article 2 of the 1948 Genocide Convention, which includes: mass killing, inflicting physical and mental harm, and deliberately imposing living conditions intended to destroy a population, all of which are demonstrably fulfilled in Gaza today.

The American weapon that carried out nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki did so to force Japan into surrender, but surrender does not exist in the vocabulary of the rightful owners of Palestine, its indigenous people.

The pain of Gaza’s siege has surpassed that of Leningrad. The duration of this genocide and Gaza’s resilience in resisting every attempt to subjugate it have outlasted the Battle of Stalingrad. And its coming victory, God willing, will bring solace to the hearts of the believers. Gaza is the people who will scatter the seeds of freedom and announce the collapse of the zionist project in our region:
"[This is] the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise — but most of the people do not know."

The world must now make a choice: stand on the side of humanity and justice, or become complicit in the greatest act of genocide of the 21st century.”

⚡️Al-Qassam Brigades:

Following their return from the frontlines, our fighters confirmed that they successfully destroyed a house in which a "israeli" infantry unit had taken cover, using a number of pre-planted high-powered explosive devices. The operation resulted in enemy soldiers being killed and wounded.

Our fighters also observed helicopter evacuation operations that lasted several hours at dawn on Eid al-Adha, in the "Villas Street" area east of Hamad City in the Al-Satar neighborhood, north of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, on 06-06-2025.

⚡️BREAKING: Update by Adalah Center on Freedom Flotilla Volunteers in the Israeli occupation Custody:

"*Adalah Update – 12 June 2025, 13 PM Jerusalem Time*

*Six Freedom Flotilla Volunteers En Route to Airport for Deportation; Two Remain in Israeli Custody*

After more than 72 hours in Israeli custody following the unlawful interception of the Madleen Freedom Flotilla in international waters on Sunday night 8 June, Israeli immigration authorities informed Adalah’s lawyers that six volunteers are now being transferred to Ben Gurion Airport for deportation.

The six volunteers expected to be deported today or early tomorrow morning are: Mark van Rennes (The Netherlands), Suayb Ordu (Turkey), Yasemin Acar (Germany), Thiago Avila (Brazil), Reva Viard (France), and Rima Hassan (France). So far, Adalah lawyers are facing difficulties visiting them at the airport.

Two other volunteers, Pascal Maurieras (France) and Yanis Mhamdi (France), remain in custody at Givon Prison, under the authority of the Israel Prison Service, awaiting their deportation tomorrow, 13 June, afternoon. They will be seen by their lawyers today.

While in custody, volunteers were subjected to mistreatment, punitive measures, and aggressive treatment, and two volunteers were held for some period of time in solitary confinement. Adalah protested this inhumane treatment to the Israeli authorities and demanded that it cease.

Adalah calls for the immediate release of all eight volunteers and for their safe passage to their home countries. Their continued detention and forced deportation are unlawful and a part of Israel’s ongoing violations of international law."
