United States DOJ Special Counsel Robert K. Hur has publicly declared that President Joe Biden cannot stand trial for the crimes of illegal possession, transport, use for personal gain and storage of classified documents because; Joe Biden is too mentally incompetent, his faculties are too far gone - to understand the charges against him and the elements of the crimes he's committed. Hur stated emphatically in his 388 page report that Biden is GUILTY of all these crimes. But, due to Alzheimers / Dementia type symptoms, Biden is mentally incapable of standing trial.

So, if Biden is too mentally incompetent to stand trial for his crimes, why is he still considered competent enough to be POTUS? Why is Biden still expected to be able to make national security decisions, instruct the military in matters of war, issue instructions to members of his cabinet, read/comprehend and debate and/or sign Congressional bills and write Executive Orders or terminate EOs from previous presidents? Why is Biden still entrusted with control of America's nuclear arsenal?

If Biden cannot be held to account for his crimes, then does that also mean he cannot be impeached? Does that mean he can do anything he wants without consequence?

Also, Special Counsel Robert K. Hur stated Biden was afraid the investigation would cause him to lose his Senate seat. The man doesn't even know he's the President of the United States!

Per Hur, Biden can't mentally comprehend the process of the investigation and can't remember his guilt. As an example of Biden's memory inefficiency, Hur revealed in his report that Biden can't even remember the death of his son.

It would stand to reason that if Biden can't understand his own criminal trial or mentally process the investigation into his actions, then he also cannot be trusted to process the necessary discretion to issue ANY pardons, of anybody, INCLUDING himself! That being said, Biden also cannot consider the crimes, charges, investigations or reasons to base presidential pardons upon.

You know all these things to be true. Prove me wrong!
