THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS A JOKE, AND EVERYONE CAN SEE IT
Republicans continue to be an embarrassment. The party cannot process differing viewpoints with any maturity, revealing a weakness that becomes increasingly obvious by the day. Many of us reject political Zionism for religious, moral, or political reasons, which is our absolute, constitutionally protected right. Political Zionism is an Israeli ideology, not an American one, and demanding allegiance to it crosses a line. Instead of agreeing to disagree, the pro-Zionist wing lashes out. They hurl false accusations of antisemitism and demand immediate surrender or exile from the movement.
This reckless labeling forces good people into a false and abusive choice. It insists that anyone who loves the Jewish people and respects Israel’s right to self-determination must either kneel before political Zionism or be branded an enemy. That is a fundamentalist trap with no intellectual honesty. It forces men and women who hold deep respect for Jews into an extreme box where they do not belong. It smears the word antisemitic onto anyone who questions a political ideology that half of Israel’s own citizens vehemently reject. It is dishonest, manipulative, and corrosive to real debate.
Democrats, meanwhile, move with discipline and focus. They tolerate internal disagreement, protect their coalition, and steadily expand their influence. They do not cannibalize their own or weaponize insults to silence honest dissent. While Republicans fight each other, Democrats build power, secure gains, and shape the future. Republicans behave like a circular firing squad while the party’s leadership pretends not to notice.
Trump was our last chance to regain momentum, reclaim authority, and rebuild a movement with a spine. He handed the party a clear opportunity to get its house in order, confront entrenched corruption, and pull the country out of the moral free fall that has engulfed entire institutions. Instead, that chance is evaporating. The party lacks focus, the leadership lacks courage, and the institutions that claim to defend the rule of law hide behind a posture of paralysis. The FBI has taken no meaningful steps to expose the corruption surrounding the Biden network or the political operatives who exploit government power for their own gain. It has also refused to be forthright, transparent, or even remotely honest about the culture of political assassination and character destruction that now defines American life. We are not simply watching the moment pass. We are allowing it to die. And I, for one, am disgusted.
