These leaks show that just as the Obama admin was making the case for bombing Syria over the Ghouta attack of August 2013 -- where there is ample evidence of a false flag by Syria's Al Qaeda-dominated insurgency -- Israeli officials were feeding "intelligence" to Obama's UN ambassador Samantha Power to help make the case for war. Power told Israel that this would help with the military "options [that] are being worked aggressively."
Obama ultimately didn't bomb Syria, after his top intel official, James Clapper, came to personally warn him that the evidence wasn't there. You can't say that Israel didn't try:
