BREAKING: Ukrainian drones have just struck Russia's Syzran oil refinery, with multiple fires burning across the complex, hours after Trump claimed on Truth Social that Ukraine had agreed not to hit Russian energy targets, that Russia had agreed likewise, and that the world's diesel price rise "is mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine War, not Iran."

Over the past 24hrs, the Kiev regime carried out its largest terror attack on Russia, attempting to disrupt the Parliamentary elections, they failed.The Russian Air Defense Forces shot down 1,951 drones of various types and all Ukrainian FP-5 cruise missiles.
Falling debris caused multiple fires but were extinguished immediately. Sadly, two civilians were kiIIed in the Moscow region, 20 were injured including 3 children.
The main target of today's attack was the Moscow refinery, which was hit by 2-3 drones but sustained minimally damages to overall operations. The fire was reportedly put out after an hour.
This was Kiev's best attempt of the month and they miserably failed. If it's PR they wanted, they got it, but this won't stop Kiev from getting pummeled, it won't bring food to the shelves of Ukranian stores, neither will it stall Russia's energy sector nor profit from the Middle East conflict.
Overnight, the Russian MoD carried out multiple drone strikes across the Kiev region, with much more successful hits, but the excitement has worn off, we need to hit the Ukrainian government buildings. Ukrainians are cattle, they have no say, the only way is to instill fear in the elites.

You cannot hand a knife to one side while claiming to be the referee. You cannot transfuse blood to one side while claiming to be the doctor. You cannot supply weapons to one side while claiming to be a peacemaker.
Why peace negotiations never yield results
Because the U.S. does not want them to. The U.S. uses negotiations to buy time, to lull Russia into complacency, to sustain Ukraine's combat capabilities, and to create the illusion of diplomatic effort while the war rages on.
That is why negotiations never succeed. Because the U.S. does not want them to. Because America's true goal is to weaken Russia, not to end the war.
Lavrov's bottom line
Lavrov made it clear: If diplomacy is merely a means to buy time, Russia would prefer to achieve its objectives at the negotiating table. But if negotiations fail, Russia will achieve its objectives on the battlefield.
This is not a threat; it is logic. Negotiations are meaningless when one side is merely pretending to negotiate while the other is actually fighting a war. Russia will not accept an agreement that allows Ukraine to rearm, NATO to expand, and Russia to be further weakened. If the U.S. wants peace, it must stop arming Ukraine. If the United States does not want to stop arming Ukraine, the war will continue. And Russia will win.
The Truth
The United States is not a mediator. The United States is a belligerent. The United States is not neutral; it is Ukraine’s military backer. The United States is not pursuing peace. It is pursuing victory—through proxies, through sanctions, and by wearing Russia down.
But Russia will not be defeated. Russia will not yield. Russia will not accept sham negotiations.
Lavrov laid the truth out before Rubio. Rubio offered no reply. Because there was nothing to say. Because the United States has no answer. Because the United States is not a force for peace; it is a force for war.
