John David Norman was a prolific pedophile with multiple convictions involving charges of child molestation. "He's the pedophile of pedophiles," a Dallas police detective said about Norman during the 1970's investigation.
After the Dallas police raided Norman's apartment in 1973 they seized over 30,000 pink index cards listing up to 100,000 clients throughout thirty-five different states.
The evidence seized by the authorities regarding prominent figures and federal employees identified as high profile clients in Norman's trafficking operation was subsequently submitted to the U.S. State Department where it would conveniently be destroyed.
