The judge in charge of Diddy’s trial, Arun Subramanian, arrived at court dressed so casually that many mistook him for a student.
He was appointed to the bench by President Joe Biden.
The trial’s first day kicked off with humor, as the judge joked with Diddy about his many nicknames.

REPORT: Jeffrey Epstein’s close pal, Prince Andrew, has been accused of sexually abusing two children — a 10-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl — at a nightclub in Kyiv, Ukraine earlier this year. I made a choice to give up my career and to leave Hollywood once I believed in my heart that this was all true. I give all of that credit to the Most High God for revealing it to me.
And I also give major credit to people like John Paul Rice and @LizCrokin who were way ahead of the curve and have been fighting for years to bring this out into the mainstream.

I’m hearing quite a bit of feedback from people and probably the most significant is the feedback from my British followers and circles.
The reaction is that they are stunned to hear this, especially from this specific man.
We all have to remember, what may be “old news” to us, may be new for many.
All this does is push the needle for the collective consciousness to awaken the masses to unparalleled exposure, one bite at a time.

FBI Director Kash Patel claims Jeffrey Epstein did, in fact, hang himself in prison—while also revealing he’s working on a plan to release the full Epstein file.
He says the release is coming in the “near future” and that the plan has been carefully built to protect the victims involved.

Lead prosecutor Maurene Comey told US District Judge Arun Subramanian on Wednesday that they are having a difficult time contacting 'Victim 3' and her attorney.
Prosecutors had mentioned Victim 3 plans to disclose 'very personal and explosive details' concerning abuse she allegedly suffered under Combs.
Comey told the judge that even if they are able to reach the unnamed victim, she 'may not show up.
Defense attorney Teny Geragos demanded that the prosecution make a decision by the end of the week on whether they still plan to call Victim 3 to testify.
