BREAKING:Rafah Crossing will reopen Sunday for the movement of people only, with entry and exit coordinated with Egypt, subject to prior Israeli security approval and supervised by the European Union under the same mechanism used in January 2025, according to Israel’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT).
Returns to Gaza will be limited to residents who “left during the war and will require Israeli approval, EU inspection, and additional IDF security checks in Israeli-controlled areas.”
Egyptian officials insist on equal daily entry and exit numbers, while Israel wants an imbalance of roughly 150 leaving versus 50 entering per day, a demand Cairo views as a red line over fears it could encourage gradual displacement from Gaza.

️JUST IN: Spokesperson for the Hamas movement, Hazem Qassem:The false zionist occupation's claims that the bombing and committing of massacres in the Gaza Strip come as a "response to the movement's violations of the ceasefire agreement" are nothing but a blatant and desperate attempt to justify the horrific massacres against civilians.
