JUST IN:This one of the biggest Israeli army propaganda theatrics, they released a video showing a young man with a covered head holding a Kalashnikov, stepping out of a modern unmarked vehicle and firing at nothing on a paved road with streetlights, a scene that looks staged.
Israel claimed this was the moment a gunman shot at its forces in southern Gaza, using it to justify its strikes and its breach of the ceasefire agreement.
They also published a map and a satellite image showing the alleged firing point and the Israeli military site supposedly targeted. But the satellite image shows a dirt road with tank tracks and no streetlights, nothing like what appears in the video. There is absolutely no match between the video and the map.
