Israel’s Knesset Constitution and Law Committee approved a Ben Gvir party bill allowing police to easily arrest Palestinians “Arabs” over social media posts without needing approval from the Attorney General.

During the war, over 1,400 Palestinians with Israeli citizenship were arrested for online posts, most later released for being unlawful.

Haaretz: 96% of incitement cases under Ben Gvir targeted Arab citizens.
