️JUST IN:The Palestinian man seen in the leaked Sde Teiman footage being brutally raped by Israeli soldiers, an assault recorded on video and audio, has been released in the latest prisoner exchange.
Israeli authorities had falsely claimed he was an “elite fighter” to justify the crime, but his release confirms he was a kidnapped civilian, as the deal explicitly banned the release of combatants.
The victim’s intestines and rectum were ruptured from the assault. He underwent over 20 surgeries, including colostomy and urostomy, and continues to suffer severe medical complications.
Israel released him without charge or trial, likely to prevent him from testifying against his rapists, who remain free. He now fears for his life as the occupation often silences witnesses before they speak.
The IDF’s top military prosecutor, who opened a sham investigation only because this case was caught on camera, has since been fired, detained, and is under investigation herself.
