Israeli settlers attempted to run over the elderly Palestinian man, Issa Abu Diab Al-Shalalda, after stealing the cane he was leaning on from his hand, while he was returning home from his work in the town of Al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem, at noon today, south of the West Bank.
