The number of journalists martyred has risen to 251 since the beginning of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, after the announcement of the martyrdom of three of our journalist colleagues:

The Government Media Office strongly condemns the systematic targeting, killing, and assassination of Palestinian journalists by the Israeli occupation. We call upon the International Federation of Journalists, the Federation of Arab Journalists, and all journalist bodies worldwide to condemn these systematic crimes against Palestinian journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip.
We hold the Israeli occupation, the United States administration, and the countries complicit in the crime of genocide — including the United Kingdom, Germany, and France — fully responsible for perpetrating these heinous and barbaric crimes.
We demand that the international community, international organizations, and all entities related to journalism and media worldwide condemn the occupation’s crimes, take action to deter and prosecute it before international courts, and bring its criminals to justice. We also call on them to exert serious and effective pressure to stop the ongoing genocide, protect journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip, and end the crime of killing and assassinating them.
We pray to Almighty Allah to grant mercy, acceptance, and Paradise to all our martyred journalist colleagues, and to grant patience and solace to their families and to the Palestinian journalistic community, while we wish a speedy recovery to all wounded journalists.

JUST IN:On Monday morning, Israel Police raided the Jerusalem offices of Likud MK and Minister for Social Equality and Women’s Advancement, May Golan, as part of an investigation into alleged fraud, misuse of public funds, and fictitious employment involving taxpayer money within her ministry and office.
Simultaneously, officers from the Lahav 433 National Crime Unit’s Fraud Squad searched the offices of one of Golan’s advisers in Yavne, where they uncovered a drug-production laboratory. A lawyer who had previously advised Golan was also detained for questioning.
The investigation points to widespread suspicions of financial misconduct, missing funds, and “jobs for friends,” raising serious concerns over corruption at the ministerial level.
