OMG, the tanks are now advancing toward us from the direction of the Sabra neighborhood. The sound of their tracks grows heavier and more unbearable with each second. ️BREAKING: Al-Qassam Brigades:This morning, Al-Qassam fighters carried out a raid on a newly established enemy site southeast of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip with a Qassam force consisting of an infantry platoon.
➤ Al-Qassam fighters stormed the site and targeted several guarding tanks of the “Merkava 4” type with Shawaz charges, fedayeen charges, and Yassin-105 rockets.
➤ They also targeted several houses in which occupation soldiers had fortified themselves, striking them with six anti-fortification/anti-personnel shells and machine-gun fire.
➤ A number of fighters then stormed the houses and eliminated several occupation soldiers inside at point-blank range with light weapons and hand grenades.
➤ Al-Qassam fighters also sniped the commander of a “Merkava 4” tank, fatally wounding him, and shelled surrounding sites with mortar fire to cut off reinforcements.
➤ The site of the operation was further shelled with mortars to secure the fighters’ withdrawal. Upon the arrival of an enemy rescue force, one of the martyrdom fighters detonated himself among the soldiers, causing deaths and injuries.
➤ The attack lasted for several hours, with fighters observing helicopters landing for evacuation.
