The current round of negotiations faces significant challenges, and the movement's position is firm regarding the basic requirements for any agreement with the occupation, foremost among them the complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and a comprehensive cessation of aggression.
We emphasize the importance of international guarantees, and the United States of America holds the real keys to pressure "israel" to end the war if it has the political will.
The basis from which the movement proceeds in every negotiation process is linked to the interests of the Palestinian people and their supreme goals. This is the driving force in all the details they negotiate.
Based on these foundations, the movement agreed to the latest proposal and "showed the necessary flexibility to protect our people, stop the crime of genocide, and ensure the free and dignified flow of aid to our people until the war is completely ended."
Our flexible handling of the mediators' proposals led to this round of negotiations, and among that is that "Hamas agreed to release 10 zionist entity captives present in the Gaza Strip to ensure the flow of aid and stop the aggression against our people in Gaza."

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The leadership of the Hamas movement continues its intensive and responsible efforts to ensure the success of the ongoing round of negotiations, seeking to reach a comprehensive agreement that ends the aggression against our people, secures the free and safe entry of humanitarian aid, and alleviates the escalating suffering in the Gaza Strip.
In its keenness to ensure the success of the ongoing endeavors, the movement has shown the necessary flexibility and agreed to release ten captives.
The core points remain under negotiation, foremost among them: the flow of aid, the withdrawal of the occupation from the Strip's territories, and the provision of genuine guarantees for a permanent ceasefire.
Despite the difficulty of negotiations on these issues so far due to the intransigence of the occupation, we continue to work diligently and with a positive spirit with mediators to overcome obstacles, end the suffering of our people, and ensure their aspirations for freedom, security, and a dignified life.
