️JUST IN:An investigation by Eurovision News Spotlight found that Israeli government agency ran cross-platform ads and used state-linked social media to encourage international audiences to vote up to 20 times for Israel’s 2025 Eurovision entry.
Israel’s Yuval Raphael topped the public vote with 297 points for her song “New Day Will Rise,” but placed second overall after Austria edged ahead.
Despite ranking 14th in the jury vote, Israel briefly led thanks to 12 points from Azerbaijan.

A senior Israeli official told the Haaretz paper:
