On January 9 2024, Israeli ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan brought a cake to the podium to mark the first birthday of baby Kfir Bibas, the youngest person abducted into Gaza on October 7.
"Kfir, this birthday cake is for you. You are the reason Israel is fighting day and night,” he railed.
Baby Kfir was reportedly already dead – killed by Israeli airstrikes several weeks before, and Israel was covering it up to extend the genocide.

️BREAKING:A freed captive from Gaza revealed that 35-year-old Palestinian detainee Mosab Haniyeh, abducted by Israeli forces during the March 2024 invasion of Hamad Town, died in Israeli custody after brutal torture [Rape]. According to the testimony, a stick was forced through his abdomen until it exited the other side.
Despite his severe injuries, he was denied medical treatment. The Israeli occupation falsely claimed he died of cancer, but reports indicate he was martyred on January 5, 2025.

The claims and allegations of the occupation's War Minister, Katz, that Hamas planned to attack soldiers and settlements during the ceasefire are misleading statements with no basis in truth. They come as part of the occupation’s attempts to evade its obligations under the ceasefire agreement.
Furthermore, his statements regarding keeping the border area between Gaza and Egypt as a buffer zone constitute a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement and an attempt to fabricate pretexts to disrupt and undermine it.
While we reaffirm our full commitment to the ceasefire agreement in all its details and provisions, and our readiness to engage in negotiations related to the second phase of the agreement, we stress the importance of an immediate and serious move by the mediators, the international community, and all relevant parties to compel the occupation to abide by the agreement’s obligations and terms. We also emphasize the need to prevent Netanyahu and his criminal government from obstructing and sabotaging it.
