At the end he points out that these items were found in the tunnels (meaning IDF got there and found these things in the tunnels.) You can see it's a gun, helmet, and other gear from IDF and then the blue bag is a civilian bag that has "Beri - 60 years" (establishment of Kibbutz Beri) written on it and says it's a sign that there were Israeli hostages down in these tunnels.”
