Norman Finkelstein, one of the world's greatest experts on this conflict, says: "There's no evidence that Hamas used Palestinians as human shields (in previous campaigns). What there is voluminous evidence of, is that Israel used Palestinians as human shields. For that, there's a large amount of documentation" (see video below)
Could it be that "Hamas Human Shields" is atrocity propaganda & just one more example of "ziônist accusations are ziônist confessions?"

Long Answer:
'Sam! It can't be! Everyone knows they do it!'
Do we? What do we actually know? This is a vitally important principal, because it forms a critical part of Israel's core war strategy, especially in garnering the support of the international community. We have to get it right! What would happen to US support of Israel if we were to find out that the "human shield" narrative is basically bogus?
I've seen hundreds of bombing videos from Gaza. I've seen way too many dead babies, kids & adults. I haven't seen a single Hamas body, though. Not one soldier in a uniform. I haven't even seen a single confirmed story of a Hamas fighter being killed in these airstrikes (if I've missed one, put it in the replies).
Israel has dropped about 20,000 bombs (+/-) over the last 28 days, allegedly going after Hamas hiding behind human shields. Wouldn't it stand to reason that they would have gotten one of them by now? They've killed over 10,000 civilians & 4,000+ kids. They've destroyed hundreds of thousands of housing units, buildings, hospitals, factories, mosques, schools & even bakeries!
They bombed the Jabalia refugee camp 2 days in a row, killing hundreds in an effort to get ONE man (barbaric). Yesterday, Israel said it destroyed an ambulance because it had a Hamas guy in it! Today they bombed the university. They're hitting lots of people and lots of stuff. They've displaced over a million people. But are they hitting any Hamas?
It doesn't seem so.
Furthermore, how many Hamas command centers are there? How many rocket launchers? How many commanders & fighters above-ground using Gazans as human shields? I mean, if we're to believe the Israelis, Hamas must have the most extensive & distributed above-ground military infrastructure on the planet!
We've already caught Israel in numerous lies: decapitated babies, broken pelvises from mass rapes, babies baked in ovens, faked radio conversations, severed-head soccer balls, etc. Is it really a stretch that they'd lie to us about human shields, too?
SHOULDN'T WE AT LEAST ASK THE QUESTION?
