We lived through an unforgettable night a night filled with fear and terror. The sounds of the bombings were so close, and the ground wouldn’t stop shaking. Ambulances never stopped rushing through the streets, carrying the wounded and the dead.
More than seventy martyrs fell in just one night, and dozens of others are fighting for their lives.
I thought the war was over, that my family and I had finally survived… but it seems what we lived through wasn’t survival it was only a brief pause before hell returned once again.
