Palestina - Israël

Ik zou wel willen weten of er een duidelijke scheiding is tussen FvD'ers van boven en onder de 50. Ik vermoed sat dit ook hier een boomer-probleem is.

⚡🇮🇱BREAKING: Israeli PM Netanyahu’s office announce the plan to occupy Gaza:

“The Security Cabinet has approved the Prime Minister's proposal for defeating Hamas.

The IDF will prepare for taking control of Gaza City while distributing humanitarian assistance to the civilian population outside the combat zones.

The Security Cabinet – by majority vote – adopted the five principles for concluding the war:

1. The disarming of Hamas.

2. The return of all the hostages – the living and the deceased.

3. The demilitarization of the Gaza Strip.

4. Israeli security control in the Gaza Strip.

5. The establishment of an alternative civil administration that is neither Hamas nor the Palestinian Authority.

A decisive majority of Security Cabinet ministers believed that the alternative plan that had been submitted to the Security Cabinet would neither achieve the defeat of Hamas nor the return of the hostages.”

⚡🇮🇱JUST IN: Israeli Knesset Member and former deputy PM:

“The decision made by the cabinet, contrary to the professional stance of the Chief of Staff who warned of the many dangers such a move would bring, proves that life-and-death decisions are being made in opposition to security considerations and the war’s objectives.

The prime minister of October 7th is once again sacrificing the security of Israeli citizens for the sake of his seat.”

⚡🇵🇸🇮🇱BREAKING: Israel’s cabinet approved occupying Gaza.

Israel’s PM’s Office stated: “The security cabinet approved the prime minister’s proposal to defeat Hamas. The IDF will prepare to take control of Gaza City while providing humanitarian aid to the civilian population outside the combat zones.”

A senior Israeli official told Barak Ravid that the planned operation targets only Gaza City, aiming to “evacuate all Palestinian civilians to central camps and other areas by October 7.” A siege will be imposed on the militants remaining in the city, alongside a ground offensive. The Israeli PM and Defense Minister have been authorized to approve the IDF’s final operational plan.

🚨HOLDING GHF/SRS/UGS ACCOUNTABLE:

Summary for Lawyers: Legal Precedents to Prosecute Safe Reach Solutions (SRS) for Gaza Aid War Crimes SRS, a U.S. PMC, is implicated in 1,373+ Palestinian civilian deaths at Gaza aid sites since May 2025, using live fire, stun grenades, and IDF coordination—war crimes per HRW. Below are key precedents for ATS suits, MEJA prosecutions, and ICC/universal jurisdiction filings to hold SRS accountable, drawing from Blackwater/CACI cases.

Alien Tort Statute (ATS): Non-U.S. victims can sue in U.S. courts for IHL violations like extrajudicial killings.

Precedent: Abtan v. Blackwater (2007, Iraq) secured settlements for civilian deaths; Al Shimari v. CACI (2021) awarded $42M for Abu Ghraib torture.

Application: File ATS suits for Palestinian survivors, using whistleblower Aguilar’s testimony and HRW’s 583+ GHF-site killings as evidence of SRS complicity.

Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act (MEJA): Prosecutes U.S. contractors for overseas felonies like murder.

Precedent: Blackwater Nisour Square (2007) convictions for 17 killings (up to 30 years).

Application: Charge SRS personnel for aid-site shootings, leveraging U.S. funding ties to GHF.

War Crimes Act: Criminalizes U.S. nationals’ Geneva breaches (e.g., willful killings).

Precedent: Iraq/Afghanistan PMC indictments for abuses.

Application: Prosecute SRS for starvation tactics/killings, backed by OHCHR’s famine reports.

ICC/Universal Jurisdiction: Palestine’s ICC membership enables war crimes probes; third countries (e.g., Belgium) can prosecute.

Precedent: Libya PMC cases (2011); Pinochet (1998).

Application: Push ICC to include SRS in Gaza genocide case; file in Europe.

Plan: Host a virtual panel late Aug/Sep 2025 to strategize with firms like CCR/Burke PLLC. Use survivor accounts, Aguilar’s video, and HRW/Amnesty reports.

Outcomes: Verdicts/settlements, DOJ/ICC probes, SRS funding cuts, justice for victims. Join us—DM to share evidence or speak!

Ready to file against SRS for Gaza aid atrocities but worried about blowback? Protect yourself and stay anonymous—retaliation is real. Follow these steps to shield your identity when sharing evidence or joining the fight. We're not lawyers or tech experts on contract or retainer; this is general opsec advice. Consult pros and adapt to your location (laws vary by country).

1. Get a Burner Phone with Cash for Max Privacy
Buy a cheap, compatible phone in cash from a store far from home—avoid big chains with cameras. Go for Google Pixel models (like Pixel 6 or later), as they're compatible with GrapheneOS, a secure, privacy-focused OS that strips Google tracking and boosts sandboxing/exploit protection. Pay cash, no ID if possible. Have a trusted friend buy it if you're high-risk. Install GrapheneOS: Boot into bootloader, download the OS from grapheneos.[org] on a secure computer, and flash it via their web installer or CLI (full steps at https://[grapheneos].org/install). This kills default tracking—huge for whistleblowers.

2. Have Someone Buy a SIM Card Anonymously
Don't buy it yourself—ask a trusted contact (not linked to you) to grab a prepaid SIM with cash from a convenience store, pharmacy, or vending machine. In many places (like the US or parts of Europe), no ID is needed for prepaid SIMs, but check local laws (e.g., some countries require registration). Activate it away from home, using public WiFi. Insert into your burner phone. This keeps your real identity off carrier records. Top up with cash vouchers only—never cards or apps.

3. Set Up ProtonVPN for Anonymous Browsing
Download ProtonVPN on your GrapheneOS phone (from their site, not app stores). For payment (if going paid for better speeds/no logs), use max anonymity: Send cash by mail to Proton AG in Switzerland (USD, EUR, or CHF; include a fake or temp username, track the shipment). They also take Bitcoin for true anonymity—no personal info needed. Avoid credit/debit; prepaid gift cards might work but aren't guaranteed. Connect via VPN before any online activity to mask your IP. Never use without it when handling sensitive stuff.

4. Set Up Signal with Your Burner SIM
Install Signal manually on your burner (download APK from signal.[org]/android/apk, sideload it—avoid Google Play). Register with the burner's SIM number (it'll verify via SMS). Enable disappearing messages (set to 1 day or less), turn off read receipts/typing indicators, and use a PIN. Only chat over VPN or public WiFi (not home). For extra anonymity, use Signal for encrypted DMs to us or NGOs like CCR—share evidence there. Never link to your real accounts.

5. Strip Metadata from All Shared Content
Before sending images, videos, or docs, remove hidden data like location, timestamps, or device info—it can dox you. Easy ways: Take a screenshot (strips most metadata automatically). On Android/GrapheneOS, use apps like Scrambled Exif or Image Scrubber (free, open-source) to wipe EXIF data. For videos, use tools like FFmpeg (command: ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -map_metadata -1 output.mp4) or online cleaners like adarsus/.com (but download first, don't upload raw). Always verify with a metadata viewer app post-cleanup.

6. Never Reuse Emails, Users, or Numbers
Create fresh, anonymous emails (e.g., via ProtonMail on VPN, paid anonymously if needed). Use unique usernames/handles for everything—nothing tied to your real life. Ditch the burner/SIM after use (smash and trash). Rotate devices if long-term. Avoid linking to socials, work, or personal WiFi. Compartmentalize: This setup is ONLY for SRS-related actions—nothing else.

These steps minimize trails, but nothing's foolproof—opsec slips kill cases. Join our Aug/Sep 2025 virtual panel anonymously to learn more from CCR/Burke PLLC pros. Got evidence on SRS's 1,373+ killings? DM us encrypted via Signal. Stay safe, fight smart. #HoldSRSAccountable

Disclaimer: Not legal or tech advice—consult experts. Stay anonymous

Want to file a civil suit without exposing your identity?

It’s possible, but it depends on the court, jurisdiction, and case. Here’s how to stay anonymous in U.S. civil courts when going after war crimes like those linked to Safe Reach Solutions (SRS) in Gaza:

1. Go Pseudonymous (John/Jane Doe)
File as “Doe” to keep your name off public records. You’ll need a motion showing risks like retaliation—think SRS targeting survivors or whistleblowers. Courts weigh your safety vs. public transparency. Doe v. Stegall (1981) and Roe v. Wade (1973) back this up; Doe v. Constant (2006) allowed it for human rights cases. File early with affidavits proving danger. Some courts may demand a private identity reveal.

2. Seal Court Records
Lock down documents to hide your identity. Motion to seal specific files (like survivor testimonies) or the whole case, citing harm. Al Shimari v. CACI (2021) sealed torture evidence; Blackwater cases did too. For SRS, this shields Aguilar’s whistleblower video or HRW’s 1,373+ death reports. Courts might partially seal to “balance openness”.

3. Get a Protective Order
Limit who sees your info during litigation. Under FRCP 26(c), you can restrict identity access to just the court or counsel. Used in Abtan v. Blackwater (2007) to protect Iraqi plaintiffs. For SRS, this keeps your name out of discovery. File a motion with clear confidentiality terms.

4. Confidential Settlements*
Settle with a gag clause to stay private. Blackwater paid out quietly for Iraqi deaths; SRS survivors could do the same in ATS suits. Courts might push back if it hides public-interest info, but these often stick.

5. File via Reps or Class Action
Let an NGO like CCR or a lead plaintiff front the case. Class actions hide member identities—only the lead’s name goes public. Doe v. Karadzic (1995) had NGOs shielding war crime victims. CCR or Burke PLLC could file for Gaza survivors, keeping you anonymous.

6. Go International
File in Europe (e.g., Belgium, Spain) or with the ICC, where anonymity protections are stronger. Pinochet (1998) set a precedent; ICC allows anonymous tips early on. For SRS, this dodges U.S. transparency rules and protects Palestinian plaintiffs.

Game Plan for Holding SRS Accountable:

- Team up with ATS pros like CCR or Burke PLLC.
- Use Aguilar’s video, HRW/Amnesty reports without ID links.
- File pseudonym/sealing motions upfront.
- Join our Aug/Sep 2025 virtual panel to plot with experts.
- Push ICC filings via Palestine’s membership.

Watch Out: Courts might deny anonymity if transparency wins out. SRS could claim it hurts their defense—counter with HRW’s evidence. Leaks are a risk, so lock in tight safeguards. Ask us how to get in touch via private DM encrypted with evidence or to join the fight. #HoldSRSAccountable

⚡🇵🇸BREAKING: Press Statement Issued by the Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas:

In response to the remarks made by the war criminal wanted by the International Criminal Court, Benjamin Netanyahu, to Fox News in which he confirmed his intention to occupy the Gaza Strip without keeping it, and to hand it over to Arab forces that do not threaten the occupying entity the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) affirms the following:

What the war criminal Netanyahu is planning is a continuation of the policy of genocide and displacement, through committing more crimes against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

Netanyahu’s statements represent an explicit reversal of the negotiation track and clearly expose the real motives behind his withdrawal from the last round, despite us nearing a final agreement.

Netanyahu’s plans to escalate the aggression affirm, beyond any doubt, that he seeks to get rid of his captives and sacrifice them to serve his personal interests and extremist ideological agenda.

We affirm that Gaza will remain unyielding to occupation and to any attempts to impose guardianship over it. Expanding the aggression against our Palestinian people will not be a walk in the park, its cost will be high and painful for the occupation and its Nazi army.

We call on Arab and Islamic countries, and the international community, to condemn and reject these dangerous statements, to act urgently to stop the aggression and end the occupation, to enable our people to exercise their right to self-determination, and to hold the enemy’s leaders accountable for their ongoing crimes against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
