"Two-state solution" document endorsed by France, Europeans, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar and Arab League, circulated at UN and revealed by @TimesofIsrael calls for dissolving @UNRWA without implementing the right of return for Palestinian refugees. I'll explain:(1) The document talks about the "achievement of a just solution to the Palestinian refugee issue," without mentioning, or reaffirming the right of return. This is long-established "peace process" code for abrogating the right of return, resettling Palestinian refugees outside Palestine so that Jewish demographic supremacy is not threatened, and at best monetary compensation.
(2) It talks about UNRWA "handing over" its duties NOT to the government of an independent Palestinian state, but to "prepared and empowered Palestinian institutions" in the "Palestinian territory." In other words, all this takes place prior to the supposed independence of a supposed Palestinian state. It is a formula for dismantling any international institutions and frameworks that protect Palestinian rights.
(3) There is much more in this document revealing its anti-Palestinian hostility, including demanding disarmament of the resistance and handing over its weapons, under occupation, to the Palestinian Authority, and endorsing a "demilitarized" Palestinian state, while the occupier that is perpetrating a holocaust retains all its capacity for genocide.

Press Statement No. (914) issued by the Government Media Office:The Israeli Occupation Entrenches Chaos and Starvation Engineering: 104 Humanitarian Aid Trucks Entered Gaza Today and Were Systematically Looted Under Its Supervision
Today, 104 humanitarian aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip. The majority of these trucks were looted and robbed due to the security chaos systematically and deliberately engineered by the Israeli occupation. This is part of what is now known as the policy of "chaos and starvation engineering," aimed at thwarting efforts to distribute humanitarian aid and depriving civilian residents of access to it.
We affirm that the actual daily needs of the Gaza Strip exceed 600 trucks of relief materials and fuel to meet the minimum requirements for the health, service, and food sectors—especially amid the complete collapse of infrastructure as a result of the ongoing genocide.
We strongly condemn the continuation of this dual crime: the crime of chaos and the crime of starvation, both perpetrated against 2.4 million people in Gaza, including more than 1.1 million children who are being deprived of their most basic rights, foremost among them access to food and infant formula.
We hold the Israeli occupation and the countries complicit in this genocide fully responsible for the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe. We call for the immediate and complete reopening of all crossings, the entry of sufficient quantities of aid and infant formula, and the guarantee of its safe and organized distribution under independent UN supervision.
We further stress that the continuation of this criminal reality is a stain on the conscience of humanity and demands urgent international action to stop one of the gravest mass crimes of the 21st century.

The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" views with great interest every step that can achieve any positive progress in the struggle of our Palestinian people at various levels. From this standpoint, the Movement expresses its appreciation for the positive stances announced at the high-level international conference held in New York on the Palestinian issue.
We affirm our welcome of international efforts and positions that contribute to the Palestinian people regaining their rights in their land and homeland, and establishing their independent state without restriction or condition, considering this an inherent and natural right of our people, and that the recognition of a fully sovereign state of Palestine is the fruit of our people's continuous struggle, and an expression of respect for the rules of international law.
Resistance and its weapon are a national and legal entitlement as long as the occupation remains, and they have been affirmed by international charters and norms, and cannot be abandoned except by regaining our full rights and establishing our fully sovereign independent state.
Stopping the war of extermination and ethnic cleansing, and then ending the occupation, is the first step in any serious international movement, which requires isolating the occupation and prosecuting its leaders as war criminals, not embracing them or establishing any agreements or normalization with them and their criminal entity.
