AID AS CAMOUFLAGE FOR ANNIHILATION “Gaza Aid Scheme Offers Israel Symbolic Cover to Finish the Genocide.”
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich delivered a speech on Monday in which he openly outlined Israel’s strategy in Gaza, defending what he described as a deliberate campaign of destruction and minimal humanitarian access. Framing the limited aid as a tool for international cover, Smotrich emphasized the intent to carry out lasting military control over the Strip while pushing for policies amounting to ethnic cleansing.

Private Security Firms Take Central Role in Gaza Aid Effort
In a striking scene today in Israel, personnel from a U.S.-based private firm involved in Gaza aid logistics were seen at press briefings outfitted in body armour and visibly armed.
The two companies leading this effort are Safe Reach Solutions and UG Solutions. UG Solutions, launched in 2023 by former Special Forces member Jameson Govoni, has little public history but recently landed a prominent contract to oversee critical aid checkpoints in Gaza. The company reportedly brought on around 100 former special operations personnel, offering daily pay of \$1,100, a \$10,000 signing bonus, and standard-issue gear that includes M4 rifles and Glock sidearms.
Safe Reach Solutions, registered in Wyoming, is run by Philip Raleigh, a former director of the CIA’s Centre for Special Activities. The firm is now responsible for vehicle inspections and checkpoint security leading into northern Gaza, working alongside UG Solutions.
Both companies are operating in coordination with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a newly formed body supported by the U.S. and Israeli governments. GHF is establishing secured aid distribution hubs inside Gaza, staffed by private contractors to manage the flow of humanitarian supplies.
