The IDF says it demolished a 2-kilometer-long Hamas tunnel during recent operations in the northern Gaza Strip.

The military describes the tunnel as "strategic." It was located and destroyed by troops of the Gaza Division's Northern Brigade and Yahalom combat engineering unit.

BREAKING: Journalist Mahmoud Abu Salama was forced to pause his reporting to rescue a family struck by Israeli airstrikes in northern Gaza.

With several killed and others injured, he used his own car to transport the wounded and the bodies of their loved ones to the hospital, as relentless bombing made ambulances unreachable.
