Iran

What has Iran really done that is so unforgivable?

Did it invade continents?

Colonize half the earth?

Drop atomic bombs on civilians?

Build military bases around the globe?

Topple governments by the dozen?

Starve nations with sanctions and call it diplomacy?

No.

Its unforgivable act was simpler.

It refused to become manageable.

And for some rulers in the Muslim world, that refusal is more offensive than any Western crime, because it threatens the very terms of their own survival.

I was told a family of 14 lived in the destroyed building where I found the children's clothes

Only two members survived the US attack because they happened to be out of town

All across Iran, there is evidence of Minab-style massacres in which the US and Israel wantonly slaughtered civilians

The campaign of state terrorism continues today

The U.S. just launched its SEVENTH consecutive night of strikes on Iran.

CENTCOM says the attacks are aimed at further degrading Iran’s military capabilities.

Iranian officials say the strikes hit Ahvaz, Bandar Abbas, Qeshm, Sirik, Lar, Darab, and the outskirts of Yazd.

The Shahid Mirzai Tunnel, Shor Bridge, and the Minab-Rudan bridge in Hormozgan Province were also hit, forcing road closures.

Five explosions were reported near Yazd. No casualties have been reported there so far. The overall casualty toll remains unknown.

🚨The U.S. struck multiple civilian infrastructures across Iran including 3 bridges.

• Shur River Bridge in Kohurestan collapsed into the river, cutting the Bandar Abbas–Lar highway in both directions. Reports say civilian vehicles were on the bridge when it was hit.

• Bandar Khamir overpass struck.

• Gariveh Bridge struck.

• Railway station west of Bandar Abbas linking Shahid Rajaei Port to national rail lines bombed.

• Telecommunications tower in Bandar Abbas hit by precision-guided missiles. Nearby residential buildings damaged.

• Civilian airport in Iranshahr struck.

The attacks came one day after Iranian Armed Forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Mohammad Akraminia warned that any U.S. attack on Iranian infrastructure would be met with strikes on infrastructure across the Gulf region.

U.S. AIRSTRIKES targeted the Bonji DESALINATION PLANT and power infrastructure near Jask, Iran, cutting off drinking water to 20 villages.

Around 10,000 people have been left without running water after the attack destroyed the facility’s seawater pumping station and power transformer.

Iran responds to U.S. strikes with attacks across the region.

🇸🇾 Al-Tanf Base, Syria: IRGC says it struck a covert special operations center, killing several U.S. soldiers and hitting a radar system and multiple helicopters.

🇰🇼 Kuwait: Missile defense radar, ammunition depots, two HIMARS launchers, ATACMS missile storage sites, and U.S. logistics positions were targeted.

🇯🇴 Muwaffaq Al Salti Air Base, Jordan: IRGC says ballistic missiles and drones struck F-35, F-15 and F-16 fighter jets, refueling aircraft, and fuel tankers, claiming several aircraft were destroyed or damaged.

🇴🇲 Oman: Naval and air surveillance radars in the Strait of Hormuz and Ghanam area were targeted.

🇧🇭 Bahrain: IRGC says it struck positions used by P-8 Poseidon aircraft and helicopters at Al Sakhir Air Base.

🇶🇦 Qatar: Iranian media and military-linked accounts have also claimed Al Udeid Air Base may have been targeted, though no official IRGC statement has been released yet and further details are still awaited.

Iran also claims it carried out additional drone and missile attacks against U.S. positions in Iraq and Kuwait. Tehran says CENTCOM’s command center had been moved from Qatar to Jordan following previous attacks on Al Udeid Air Base.

Iran says it targeted a U.S. vessel in the northern Indian Ocean.

The Iranian Armed Forces says the Army Navy fired a shore-to-sea anti-ship cruise missile at what it described as a hostile U.S. vessel during the 13th phase of Operation Sa’eqeh (Thunderbolt).

Iran says the strike triggered panic aboard the vessel and forced it to withdraw from the engagement range of Iranian forces.

MAJOR:

IRAN announces it has SUSPENDED all commitments under its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United States.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi says the U.S. violated and suspended its obligations first, adding that Iran has halted implementation of its own commitments and is now focused on DEFENDING the country.

BREAKING: IRANIAN PRESIDENT PEZESHKIAN CONGRATULATES SPAIN ON WORLD CUP WIN:

“I congratulate the people and government of Spain on the national football team's success and well-deserved championship title in the World Cup.

The joy of the friendly people and government of Spain is the joy of the people and government of Iran.”

JUST IN: Iran's FM Spox. Esmail Baghaei on the World Cup:

“Congratulations to Spain's national football team. This edition of the World Cup can be regarded as the most political sporting event in history.

Its political nature was evident from the discriminatory treatment of Iran's national team all the way through to the final moments of the tournament.

For the people of Iran, who associate true championship with chivalry, honor, and standing against oppression, Spain's anti-aggression stance in recent months was highly valued. As a result, public opinion around the world genuinely hoped for Spain's victory.”
