NYT reports that a preliminary U.S. military investigation found that the Feb. 28 Tomahawk missile strike on Shajarah Tayyebeh Elementary School in Iran was carried out by the United States “due to a targeting mistake using outdated intelligence data.”

At least 175 people, mostly children, were killed.

US claims that has destroyed Iran's missile capabilities. The initial waves of large-scale missile launches were intended to blind enemy radars and defense systems. Now, Iran can target any location it chooses with fewer missiles.

BREAKING AND UNUSUAL:
Iran threatens to close the Bab el-Mandeb Strait and the Red Sea.

A senior Iranian military official told Al Jazeera:
If Washington makes a strategic mistake, another strait could face a situation similar to the Strait of Hormuz.

The region could enter a regional war soon, and we still have many cards to play.

Any American mistake will complicate the situation in the region, and Iran has phased and gradual military plans.

The Iranian regime has released footage of underground naval tunnels packed with fast-attack boats, anti-ship missiles, and naval mines.
Something tells me they did not build this last week.
