Arthur Shapiro managed The Limited account at Schwartz, Shapiro, Kelm & Warren in Columbus. He dealt with Robert Morosky, the number two under Wexner. The IRS had him for failing to file returns for about seven years and for tax shelters, including whether anyone helped him hide money. The grand jury was set for March 7, 1985.
On the morning of March 6 he was in his red BMW at Wesley Chapel Cemetery on Dublin Road, eating breakfast with a man who has never been identified. A witness described him as dressed in black, broad-brimmed hat, running with a limp. He chased Shapiro from the car, firing. Shapiro reached a condo door, pounded on it, and was shot twice in the head at close range. The shooter left in Shapiro's BMW. He was 43. Police called it a mob-style hit. It is still unsolved.
One name in the suspect file is accountant Berry Kessler, who had worked with Shapiro on the shelters. Two of Kessler's employees told the Columbus Dispatch that the day after the murder they saw Kessler counting a pile of money, and that a man matching the killer's description came to the office.
On June 6, 1991, Columbus Organized Crime Bureau analyst Elizabeth Leupp wrote a memo calling the killing one with "strong marks" of a Mafia hit. She noted that Shapiro managed The Limited account and that the grand jury could have forced him to disclose something damaging. The memo maps business ties around Wexner. It does not accuse him. Columbus police chief James Jackson was later accused of ordering that report destroyed. Bob Fitrakis got a copy anyway and printed it.
The man who handled Wexner's company account died the day before he could talk. Then the chief of police was accused of burying the memo that mapped the business ties around that account. Who has connections strong enough to get a police chief to destroy a homicide report?

It implicates world leaders in false flag attacks done by governments.
