At Cairokee’s biggest concert in Cairo, with over 60,000 attendees, the stage became a cry of conscience. Images of Gaza’s martyrs filled the air as the voice of Lina Al-Zaher, a young girl from Gaza, echoed with a haunting plea.

Then came the song “Telk Qadia” not just a performance, but a declaration of resistance, reminding the world that Palestine isn’t just a cause, but a people being erased in plain sight while the world stays silent.

🇪🇬 Israel Signs $35B Gas Export Deal with Egypt on Day 671 of Genocide

The Leviathan gas field — located in the eastern Mediterranean, 130 km west of Haifa — is controlled by Israel and operated by Chevron. According to Reuters, Israel has signed the largest export deal in its history: a $35 billion agreement to supply 130 billion cubic meters of gas to Egypt through 2040. Israeli firm NewMed Energy is a key partner in the deal.

Key Details:

➤ Exports to Egypt will begin in 2026, once new pipelines are completed. A second phase will expand flows dramatically by 2029, after Leviathan’s $2.4B upgrade and a new transmission line via Nitzana.

➤ Egypt’s gas production has dropped over 40% since 2021, ending its hopes of becoming a regional export hub. To meet rising demand, it now spends billions importing liquefied natural gas (LNG), which is far costlier than pipeline gas due to the complex process of super-cooling, shipping, and regasifying. Israel’s pipeline supply will offer a much cheaper alternative.

➤ NewMed CEO Yossi Abu told Reuters: “This will save billions for Egypt’s economy… dramatically better than any LNG alternative.”

➤ Israeli gas already supplies 15–20% of Egypt’s domestic needs, and this deal could eventually eliminate Egypt’s LNG imports altogether.

⚡🇪🇬JUST IN: Egypt condems Israel’s statements about Greater Israel:

The Arab Republic of Egypt reaffirms its commitment to establishing peace in the Middle East and condemns statements in some Israeli media regarding the so-called “Greater Israel.” It has requested clarifications, stressing that such rhetoric fuels instability, rejects the path of peace, insists on escalation, and contradicts the aspirations of regional and international parties seeking security and stability for all peoples of the region.

Egypt emphasizes that peace can only be achieved by returning to negotiations, ending the war on Gaza, and establishing a Palestinian state along the June 4, 1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital, in line with the two-state solution and relevant international resolutions.

⭕️ BREAKING — Senior source from Palestinian factions: No formal proposals in Cairo yet

PalTodayTV reports, citing a senior Palestinian faction source, that Hamas and other Palestinian groups have not received any formal ceasefire proposals during the Cairo meetings hosted by Egypt thus far. The source said the factions told Egyptian officials they are open to “any initiative to end the war,” adding that “Hamas and the factions informed Egypt of their readiness to engage with any proposals for a ceasefire.” Mediators for now are continuing their efforts to arrive at such a proposal.

Separately, Israel’s Channel 12 (N12) reported yesterday that senior Israeli security officials see a partial ceasefire agreement from Hamas as increasingly likely, citing what they described as a shift in position from three weeks ago and increased flexibility from the armed resistance group.

⚡🇪🇬JUST IN: Statement by Egypt MFA on Palestine:

The Arab Republic of Egypt has followed with grave concern recent reports regarding Israeli consultations with certain countries to accept the displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to their territories, as part of a rejected Israeli policy aimed at emptying Palestinian land of its inhabitants, occupying it, and liquidating the Palestinian cause.

Egypt notes that its communications with the countries rumored to have agreed to receive Palestinians have confirmed their rejection of these reprehensible schemes.

Egypt reiterates its categorical rejection of any Israeli schemes to displace the Palestinian people from their historic land, whether in the Gaza Strip or the West Bank, under any pretexts, justifications, or designations-whether such displacement is forced or voluntary through policies of starvation, land confiscation, settlement, and rendering life untenable on Palestinian soil.

Egypt also affirms that it will not accept displacement, will not participate in it as it constitutes a historical injustice with no moral or legal justification, and will not permit it as it would inevitably lead to the liquidation of the Palestinian cause.

The Arab Republic of Egypt calls upon all peace-loving nations of the world to refrain from complicity in this immoral crime - one that contravenes all principles of international
humanitarian law, constitutes both a war crime and an act of ethnic cleansing, and represents a flagrant violation of the four Geneva Conventions.

Additionally, Egypt warns of the historical and legal responsibility to be borne by any party that participates in this heinous crime, along with its consequential political repercussions of regional and international dimensions.

⚡🇪🇬🇮🇱BREAKING:

The displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip is a “red line” and Cairo will not allow any party to risk Egypt’s national security or sovereignty, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty said on Monday.

“We will not accept it, we will not participate in it, and we will not allow it to happen,” Abdelatty told CNN, adding that displacement is guaranteed to be a “one way ticket” for Palestinians out of Gaza, which would lead to the “liquidation” of their cause altogether.
