She says she’s focusing on guarding her heart, being there for her children, and standing strong for Turning Point USA.
Erika reminds everyone that people grieve differently and asks the public to think twice before posting anything online about Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
Erika Kirk says she found out about Charlie Kirk’s death while she was at a doctor’s appointment when his chief of staff, Mike McCoy, called her.
Mike McCoy, who fled the scene right after Charlie was shot, said he immediately reached out to Erika.
Erika says McCoy told her to take the kids and get to security, and she collapsed in the parking lot after hearing the news.
