Je bedoelt zoiets als de voetnoten in de Scofield bijbel die je precies vertellen hoe bepaalde passages moeten worden geinterpreteerd?

David Icke ziet de **vroegchristelijke Gnostics** (gnostici), de groepen uit de eerste eeuwen van het christendom die bekend zijn van teksten zoals die gevonden in Nag Hammadi (1945), als de dragers van de "echte" kennis (**gnosis**):

directe, esoterische inzichten in de spirituele realiteit, de illusie van de materiële wereld en de manipulatie door **Archons** (niet-fysieke entiteiten die de wereld controleren, vergelijkbaar met zijn reptiliaanse theorieën).

Volgens Icke bevatten de **Nag Hammadi-teksten** (zoals het Apocryphon of John en het Gospel of Thomas) de onderdrukte waarheid over hoe de fysieke realiteit een "simulatie" of val is, gecreëerd door een valse god (de Demiurge, vaak gelinkt aan de Oudtestamentische Jahweh).

De gnostici wisten dit en predikten spirituele ontwaking en bevrijding uit deze matrix – ideeën die Icke centraal stelt in zijn werk.

Hij contrasteert dit sterk met het **orthodoxe christendom** dat later dominant werd, vooral via de **Romeinse Kerk** en figuren als Paulus (Pauline Christianity).

Icke ziet de geinstitutionaliseerde kerk als een controlemiddel dat de gnostic teachings onderdrukte, literaliseerde en verdraaide om mensen in onwetendheid en angst te houden.

De Romeinse adoptie van het christendom (onder Constantijn) was volgens hem een bewuste kaping om de echte spirituele boodschap te vervangen door dogmatische controle.

But they say it's based on Proverbs 24:6.

The problem is - that verse says NO SUCH THING.

Proverbs 24:6 says, "Surely you need guidance to wage war, and victory is won through many advisers."

So, in essence, even their motto, which is to "Wage war through deception and trickery" is a form of deception and trickery.

It's blasphemy and has NOTHING to do with the verse.

Abu Nasser, a Palestinian Muslim from Tulkarm refugee camp, used to work one day a week at a church.
