For among them are those who slip into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
But they will not make further progress; for their foolishness will be obvious to all and evil people and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

People hate this man because of their utter inability to as selfless. His name is vastly larger today than yesterday, his message is now abundantly clear, it is reverberating around the world and shaking the general population into the seriousness of the situation that is completely blacked out from mainstream media.
I also find it astonishing as to how many "Christians" hate on this man for doing what Christ did. He gave his life to make a truthful statement that few could see without such a dramatic statement of giving your OWN life for something. If you have an issue with this, you have an issue with your lack of courage to do the same. Christ promised we would be overridden with the likes of you. When a man burns himself to death to protest a war that has killed nearly 30,000 people, with 20,000 of them women and children, do you pray for him and his family or do you mock him? Do you see it as suicide or sacrifice? Do you say fuck him and his family as some have? Do you have a heart or have you become a wicked soul going to church? Do you quickly label him as mentally unstable or do you look at what he’s protesting about? Do you rush to quickly attack those who publish news of his death or have you become so heartless and so cold-hearted that there is no room for empathy? Who would you like to follow online, a brainless fool who spews every hateful thing that comes to their mind or someone who is measured and sees every life, American, Palestinian, Israeli, Cameroonian or Nigerian, as precious? When Jesus died on the cross - the veil of the temple was torn in two.
As of Jesus’ death, There is no longer an intermediary between man and God/Jesus. You should not have to seek a man to receive forgiveness from God or even pray, confess sins, receive grace, mercy, be transformed, repent, or have salvation through Jesus.
Any church or person claiming otherwise is going directly against what Jesus said to the woman at the well.
