Deeply troubling: Two Israelis — an IDF soldier and a civilian — were detained in Belgium after an anti-Israel NGO accused them of war crimes.

They were in the country as tourists attending the Tomorrowland music festival. Belgian authorities acted on the complaint under a new 2024 law that allows prosecution for international crimes, even with no direct connection to Belgium.

This may be a foreshadowing of what’s to come — weaponized lawfare against Israelis abroad.
