The New Food Pyramind has been released by the USDA and it's an upside down pyramid, bascially the opposite advice of the old USDA food pyramid
Us nutrition/MAHA advocates for years have been telling people the old Food Pyramid is basically inverted - instead of "8-12 servings of grains", you just want a few, with most of the diet coming from meat/fruits/veg, real food, instead of prepackaged grain/wheat garbage. "JERF" - Just Eat Real Food.
This new pyramid is basically exactly that, as it should be.
