Trump's new executive order on Glyphosate has the internet freaking out. I'm not. I think this is more strategic to protect critical mineral supplies and farmers.
1) This DOES NOT give immunity to Bayer for ongoing health related lawsuits, ONLY immunity pertaining to Defense Production Act related matters. 99% of influencers reporting on this EO are getting it wrong claiming Bayer gets immunity from everything.
2) Most of this E.O. explicitly relates to the need for domestic PHOSPHORUS production for infrastructure needs (batteries, chips, etc.). Warranted.
3) As per RFK's recent statements on Theo Von's podcast, if we outright banned or ran out of glyphosate right now, 80% of farmers would go out of business. (Can't let someone like Newsom or China screw over millions of farmers). It's a necessary evil at the moment, but they ARE working on solutions to off ramp from glyphosate.

JUST IN: American citizen killed by Israel.Video shows Israeli settlers opening fire in Mukhmas, near Ramallah.
Settlers attacked the village with clubs, stones, and firearms, killing 19-year-old American-Palestinian Mohammed Nasrallah Abu Siyam and injuring four others.
Over 300 sheep were reportedly stolen during the attack.
