Trump 2026

The Suicide of a Hegemon

The Iran war will go down as one of America’s greatest strategic mistakes since World War II.
What began as an attempt to demonstrate overwhelming US power has instead exposed its limits.

President Trump chose war despite warnings that military force could not quickly collapse the Iranian regime.
Six months later, Iran remains standing, the Strait of Hormuz is still a source of leverage, and its nuclear capabilities have not been eliminated.
Meanwhile, America has depleted munitions, overstretched its military, and tied down forces needed elsewhere, especially in the Indo-Pacific.

The diplomatic damage is even more serious.
European and Asian allies refused to fully support the war, while Gulf states learned that Washington could launch a conflict against their wishes and leave them to deal with the devastating consequences.
America's greatest strength has never been its military alone; it has been the willingness of other nations to trust and follow its leadership.

That trust is now gone.

China is the clearest beneficiary.
It does not need to defeat America militarily.
It only needs to watch Washington exhaust its resources, weaken its alliances, and undermine its credibility.

The central lesson is blunt: military strength can destroy an enemy's infrastructure; it cannot manufacture political obedience or rebuild lost trust.

The Iran war was meant to showcase American dominance.
Instead, it exposed how recklessly that power can be squandered.
America didn’t lose its superpower status overnight,it squandered it.

The era of unquestioned US dominance is over.....

Donald trump is sending loud and clear messages that he's lost his f*cking mind, and people are just acting like the guy with the nuclear codes is perfectly fine.

This rotten Jack-o-Lantern is renaming Lakes and threatening to demolish the Kennedy Center.

He posts nonsense from his Truth Social that makes him look like a complete idiot.

He keeps an unhinged groupie close to him because she feeds his delusions like thinking he's the greatest President in history when he's really dead last.

Russia sees this.
China sees this.
Iran sees this.

And Republicans are fine with watching him fiddle while the country burns on unaffordability.

None of this is normal.

REPORTER: Why would more U.S. troops be sent to the region if ground troops are not being considered for deployment in Iran?

SECWAR PETE HEGSETH: “Look, son… this is such a basic military lesson that even a reporter should understand it: Never reveal to your enemy what you are going to do… or what you’re not going to do.

And certainly don’t tell them when you plan to surrender. Especially to a coward who hides in bunkers, hoards his missiles like a miser, and prays that the United States will get tired and go home.

But let me give you some free advice: the next time you want to ask a question, try not to sound like you’re lobbying for the Iranian regime. It gives a very bad image.”

This is psychotic.

Joe Kent, former National Security Advisor says Trump administration is close to using nuclear weapons on Iran.

He says the Trump administration doesn’t want to dedicate US troops to a ground invasion (similar to Japan during WWII) so nuclear weapons are their only remaining option given that Trump is determined to crush Iran.

The Washington disaster is finally coming home to roost.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe went to Moscow to persuade Russia to stop the war because Ukraine is on the verge of catastrophic collapse.
It is the clearest admission that the strategy pursued by Washington has failed spectacularly.
After years of escalation, weapons shipments, and empty promises, the same people who helped prolong the conflict are now scrambling to find an exit before Ukraine is devastated beyond repair.

And then there is Iran.
Washington also asked Moscow to pressure Tehran.
The irony is almost impossible to miss. The Trump administration helped create this mess by recklessly following Israel into a confrontation with Iran, and now it needs Russia to help clean it up.

This is what foreign-policy incompetence looks like: create the crisis, miscalculate the consequences, and then quietly beg your adversaries to rescue you from the wreckage.

A monumental failure of judgment, and an extraordinary legacy of strategic humiliation.....

Breaking: The Trump administration is quietly working to give part of Yosemite National Park to a private developer.

What people don’t understand about capitalism is that its goal is to turn everything on this earth into a product.

Vital natural resources that were once free are stripped from the public and commodified to enrich corporations.

Trump’s war with Iran is reportedly draining the U.S. Navy so badly that the Pentagon is raiding payroll accounts and other funds to keep the war machine running, according to internal Pentagon documents.

Read that again: money meant for sailors’ pay is reportedly being pulled to fund combat operations. A Navy official described it as “robbed to pay for overseas contingencies.” Meanwhile, non-emergency maintenance is being delayed.

A former military officer now working for a Navy contractor didn’t mince words: “They’re fucked. They shot all their weapons; they trashed all their ships; they ran out of their money.”

Retired naval officer Harlan Ullman called it what it is: “The piggy bank is broken.”

U.S. munitions have been burned through. American bases in the Middle East have been damaged. The administration is seeking another $67 BILLION for the Iran war, while the request sits stalled in Congress. And the Navy’s roughly $300 billion annual budget never accounted for this war in the first place.

They told Americans this war would make the country stronger. Now they’re reportedly raiding the military’s own accounts to pay for it.

How much more money, ammunition, equipment and American lives are they willing to burn through before Trump finally admits this war was a complete and utter failure?

BREAKING: Donald Trump's war on Iran has forced the U.S. Navy to take money from its own sailors' paychecks to keep the conflict going — a financial meltdown that has left the military scrambling, per The Guardian.

A Pentagon memo warns of "shortfalls in payroll" accounts after the department raided them to finance combat operations. One Navy official said: "The money for payroll was robbed to pay for overseas contingencies." Non-emergency maintenance has already been postponed.

"The piggy bank is broken," said retired naval officer Harlan Ullman. The war has depleted munitions, wrecked Middle Eastern bases, and left a $67 billion emergency funding request stalled in Congress.

Trump launched the war on February 28. The Navy's $300 billion budget didn't account for it. Now sailors' paychecks are being cannibalized to keep it going.
