Klopt. Maar volledig in tegenspraak met de belofte van 'mass arrests' vanuit de overheid zelf. Het is vergelijkbaar met de twee ICE-moorden in Minnesota: geen federale onderzoeken/aanklachten en dus rest alleen nog juridische actie vanuit de staten zelf. Dit is echter een lastigere en langzame weg, vooral als er geen samenwerking is met Justitie vanuit de regering.
