ICE & DHS are absolutely & completely tied into the Technocratic NWO apparatus at EVERY conceivable level, and it is BY DESIGN. 
This is evident by the fact that Trump had almost every CEO in big tech at his Inauguration, and is taking copious donations from them to build the “Ballroom”, which just so happens to be modeled after Solomon’s Temple, but that is a whole different thing.
Trump cozied up to Elon Musk because of his ties to Palantir, and his ability to install their surveillance spyware all over government agencies writ large. That is what the whole DOGE PSYOP was really all about, had NOTHING to do with cutting waste, fraud and abuse like we were told, and that is also why it was a huge failure.
This is also why JD Vance was picked for VP, his direct connection to Peter Thiel, and Palantir.
