They intentionally CREATE THE PROBLEM (illegal immigration) to then elicit a REACTION from the people, so they can then present the SOLUTION, which is the Palantir powered AI surveillance police state. 
This is called the Hegelian Dialectic and “good cop vs bad cop” scenario.
The Democrats play the side of the “bad cop” encouraging, facilitating, and enabling illegal immigration while bussing in Soros funded ANTIFA to destroy cities when ICE tries to deport them.
