Yes, he's urging Israel to continue. He pretended to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities, forcing Netanyahu to back this lie. Now Bibi wants Round 2 and is running out of excuses to do so. For 3 decades Bibi said Iran has nukes and now he's lost all credibility. Trump is daring him to continue anyway, knowing full well Iran will obliterate Israel and not vice versa. This is how he ushers in the fall of Israel without being officially involved in it.
