Rep Luna, thank you very much for responding. I do appreciate it. I am fully aware of declass authorities. The POTUS already signed the order. At this stage, there is no more debating the classification. The files should be fully,
percent released without any redactions. The American people can take whatever it is we are to learn. We already know a lot. The people and the USG agencies that can’t take it are those who will be exposed because of what we will learn. We need accountability and no more long legislative processes and congressional investigations…we need @DOGE like transparency. Again, many thanks for all you’re doing. 1. Do not have possession of any declassified files yet.
2. Rep Luna and her committee have not even held a meeting yet.
3. The people in charge of both the declassification of the files are President Trump and AG Pam Bondi.
4. After Trump does the declassification, the AG is **required to do a review** before public release.
5. After the review is done, the Congressional Declass Committee AND the public will get the public release of the files ON THE SAME DAY.
6. Stupid or dishonest social media people on here are
spinning fake narratives where Luna & her committee ALREADY HAVE THE FILES and are REFUSING TO RELEASE THEM.
7. If you don't know how anything works and can't spend even 45 seconds researching how the public release is being handled, maybe go find something else to do.

She has since correctly explained it, but the hysteria had already started and nobody's really listening to what she's saying at this point.

On Feb 11 & Feb 19, house oversight sent a letter to the DOJ asking for status on releasing the Epstein files as well as JFK etc.
The DOJ has not responded.
Reaching out on X because we can’t seem to get a response from the AG.
