“A bloody, terrifying night in which the bombing did not stop for even a second—more than 100 martyrs and missing persons in northern Gaza. They bombed homes on top of their residents, besieged a shelter center and arrested the men, and bombed people who had fled into the streets during the night!

One of the most horrific nights of the war…
Is prayer the only thing you can offer? Have your hands and feet been paralyzed—unable to surround embassies or flood your streets to stop our extermination?”

At night, Israeli forces surrounded a displacement center in Beit Lahia early this morning, forcing civilians into the yard and ordering them to strip. An Israeli soldier used a Palestinian child as a human shield, ordering him via megaphone to enter the building and check for anyone inside.

Survivors of similar raids report that detainees are taken for interrogation and torture near the Gaza border, then moved to unknown locations. Meanwhile, quadcopter drones hover low, shooting at anything that moves. Residents say stepping outside is now a death sentence, as the area is being hunted from both air and ground.

Journalist Youssef Faris:

“I just escaped death with my family. They bombed our neighbors’ house and killed them all. Then artillery shells were fired at our home while we were trapped in Beit al-Daraj.

When I first tried to leave, quadcopter drones opened fire on us, so I went back inside. The shelling intensified, and we were surrounded by shrapnel. I tried again, risking everything under the bombing.

All roads were blocked by shelling and rubble. Artillery hit the street just ten meters from my car, and it was engulfed in dust. The car crashed into a pile of debris and got stuck between shelling from both directions.

I was convinced it was the end—until God opened a narrow side road we had never taken before.

Along with Hanin, Mohammad, Noor, and Sham, I saw death a hundred times. The only thing between us and being surrounded by enemy tanks was a matter of minutes.

Praise be to God in all circumstances. May God help our besieged people.”

Good morning… The sun has been up for an hour and a half, and I still can’t comprehend how a new day has begun—after what was the most heavily bombed night of my life, with homes and streets right next to us being hit nonstop. All night long, it was a rain of death!

By God, this isn’t a dream, and it’s not a nightmare—no, it’s something worse than a nightmare. I don’t even know how to describe it, but at the very least, it can only be called, quite literally, hell.
