Thomas Massie heeft zojuist een val gezet voor de volgende minister van Justitie, Todd Blanche, door zijn nieuwe Wet ter Transparantie van de Epstein-bestanden 2 in te dienen.
De wet zou vereisen dat de Amerikaanse minister van Justitie samenwerkt met de procureurs-generaal van de staten om te helpen bij de vervolging van de topklanten van Jeffrey Epstein onder staatsrecht.
De wet beoogt maximale openbaarmaking te bieden van alle misdrijven tegen kinderen die plaatsvonden op het Zorro Ranch-eigendom van Epstein.
"Misdrijven werden daar gepleegd."
"De procureur-generaal van New Mexico wil die misdrijven vervolgen, dus we maken het met deze wet makkelijker."
