AN OPEN LETTER FROM A LONG-TIME SPYGATE RESEARCHER, JOURNALIST AND PUNDIT TO THE SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS OF THE WORLD:
In the coming weeks, I'm very likely going to have some harsh words for some people setting foot for the very first time into the SpyGate realm, but it won't be personal.
We have a new dynamic in the SpyGate space since people like me, @tracybeanz, @HaroldWren22, @themarketswork, @HansMahncke, @ClimateAudit, @GalacticRedPill, @Techno_Fog and many others covered the unfolding scandal while Fake News/NeoCon Media News both dismissed our work and roundly slandered us as 'conspiracy theorists' while they viciously hyped the Trump/Russian collusion hoaxes as if they were the real scandals.
Citizen researchers/journalists overcame the combined might of the Fake News/NeoCon Media News and the deep pockets people behind them. They weren't able to keep us 'little people' from getting the truth out back then and getting it all on the record, even if only on social media and our blogs, before the 'real news' people suddenly 'discovered' what we'd been covering for years and pretended like it was breaking news.
Our SpyGate community will overcome this powerful new and very negative dynamic we currently face as the SpyGate scandal comes back 'round the bend again, as we all knew it eventually would.
WE WILL NOW OVERCOME THE BAD SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS ALSO.
It won't be easy. But we will get it done.
As people with large accounts and brands who just discovered SpyGate like 5 minutes ago or only covered it by cribbing their notes from Fake News back in 2016-2020 begin to try to monetize their fucking awful hot takes about this developing scandal, just keep in mind the people who actually KNOW how all this shit went down are still here.
Maybe give them a follow and pay attention to what THEY have to say as this story moves forward, thanks to DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
Not all big social media influencer accounts are horrible, but enough of them are that I feel compelled to address this now, before things move forward.
The bad social media influencers are going to use all of their cool brand-building and emotionally manipulative tricks to try to capture and hold your attention so you'll only mostly see their incredibly stupid and ill-informed hot takes about what's happening with SpyGate.
It is my sincere hope that enough of the MAGA/MAHA/America First community has grown sufficiently suspicious of the entire 'social media influencer' schtick at this point that these attempts to steer the community in the wrong directions will suffer from the law of diminishing returns.
You are better off studying the posts of people who are intimately familiar with how the SpyGate scandal unfolded from it's earliest days and have been studying it and breaking it down for the last 8 years than you are giving your attention to those who just discovered this scandal five minutes ago and are now rushing like mad to find a way monetize their talking about it.
What I'm saying is, as this all unfolds in the coming weeks, you're probably gonna see me say some mean-sounding stuff to some popular social media influencers in the MAGA/America First community.
This is gonna look bad to some people.
But we need to be clear on this: If you're one of these big brand-building accounts and you don't know what the hell you are talking about, but you're launching dumb SpyGate hot takes that show me you really don't understand what you are talking about...you can expect to hear from me.
And I'll be polite at first. By the 3rd or 4th time you launch a fake narrative into the community to build your following I'll have stopped being nice.
This is not personal. This is about the truth because it matters.
It was hard enough getting the truth out and documenting it as the scandal moved forward from 2016-2020 with the headwinds we faced from the Fake News/NeoCon News.
Now that it's moving forward AGAIN at last, thanks to Trump and Tulsi, I'm definitely not looking forward to the avalanche of vapid and uninformed hot takes that are about to be unleashed on the MAGA community by people who have shown me many, MANY times over the past few years they don't read or research anything before they spout off about it, and they don't know how anything actually works.
So yeah, I'm not looking forward to this, but it's going to have to be done in order to ensure that vapid hot takes by no-nothings doesn't end up undercutting the momentum being developed to move the constitutional scandal forward into the justice phase.
I've been waiting for this for about 5 years now. Let me be clear: Nobody...NOBODY...is gonna be allowed to fuck this up. I don't care how big your account is or how many TV hits you've been getting. I will be savage with you after several warnings.
On a host of issues since Trump came back, the social media influencers have managed to get almost every single major story wrong by framing it in a way that tries to cause outrage [at Trump or his Cabinet], chaos, division and strife in the community so they can monetize it.
It wasn't personal on the Iran strike when they wailed Trump intended to invade and occupy, or the 'mass amnesty' hysteria some of them are still pushing.
But I will be crystal clear about this:
SpyGate is MY area of expertise.
You come in here, you better mind your p's and q's. If you're going to try the same crap in our SpyGate space that you did on everything else the last six months, my advice to you is STAY OUT. Don't come in here. Save yourself the grief.
I didn't just discover SpyGate or all the dozen scandals it's connected to 10 minutes ago and I won't be trying to pump up my view/click counts by grabbing the latest developments and framing them for maximum outrage impact trying to get a TV hit on NeCon Fox News.
I have been here since 2017 reading the legal filings, the official reports and the declassifications. I was not cribbing my notes from Fake News or their godawful anonymous sources and rushing it out the door while putting on a bold front and acting like I knew what I was talking about.
To the honest SMI's out there, consider this a friendly public service announcement.
There is a RESOURCE on here you can utilize, if you are smart. There are people in this SpyGate space that have been researching/writing on this particular scandal from it's beginning. They know how this all went down because they put in the time and effort and many spent their own money on it.
You don't have to spend months researching/reading. There's no need to reinvent the wheel here. Just ask, we'll help you.
Take advantage of what these people already in the SpyGate community for the past 8 years can share with you. Many of them have no problem sharing what they've discovered over the years. Just be sure to mention where you got it from.
HOWEVER, if some of you social media influencers decide to GRAB one of the original SpyGate researcher's work and post it as YOUR OWN STUFF, with no accreditation...be advised I many other longtime dwellers within the SpyGate community will be extremely NASTY to anybody we find doing that. We will publicly call you out. You will not enjoy it.
I personally happen to think the whole 'social media influencer' thing was a massive mistake, but I also understand the phenomenon is here to stay. So it has to be dealt with.
As long as most social media influencers coming into our SpyGate space act with respect and honesty towards those of us who have inhabited it for years, we'll all get along great.
However, given what I have seen in recent months I can foresee there are going to be some big SMI accounts that are going do the exact same shit with SpyGate that they've done with every other thing that's unfolded recently.
That is, they won't put any effort into framing their coverage of the unfolding scandal ACCURATELY, because for them it's about the clicks/views. Outrage, emotion, chaos, even knowingly peddling fake stories are part of the tricks of their trade. And at this point some of these accounts have spent years perfecting their 'craft'.
As a journalist and columnist, my one North Star, my Prime Directive is to be ACCURATE. Not first. Not grabbing any wild, hairy-assed rumor the second it surfaces and rushing it out the door for maximum brand-effect.
When I get a story wrong, or I ended up stupidly passing on a rumor that wasn't true to my audience, **I must issue a retraction**.
And I have, many times.
I don't just delete a post and sashay on forward like nothing happened.
So be advised, all social media influencer big accounts about to jump into the SpyGate space: you are being watched by the people who were already here and have been here for years.
We take our work very seriously because this is a very serious scandal that dwarfs Watergate by a factor of 1,000.
Our goal for SpyGate is JUSTICE. PERIOD.
Not building brands, not monetizing outrage hot takes framed on dumb shit that clearly displays you don't know what you're talking about because you didn't take the time to research anything.
Good fences make for good neighbors. Understand where the boundaries are, why they are there, and respect them. And we'll all get along fabulously.
Welcome to SpyGate. Let's all work together as harmoniously and truthfully as possible to put every single one of these traitors in prison.
